In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 274 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended), Section 551 of the Ebonyi State Administration of Criminal Justice Law, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “The Law”) and all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I, Honourable Justice Elvis Anagu Ngene, the Honourable Chief Judge of the Ebonyi State, do make the following Rules.
